Join us in our beautiful, quiet, end-of-the-street home in Sitka, Alaska. Our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath lodge offers the perfect bed-and-breakfast style experience for groups of up to six guests. Enjoy a private, homey atmosphere with exclusive use of the upstairs bedrooms, bathrooms, shared living room, kitchen, and dining area. Perched near the top of one of Sitka’s highest residential points, our home features a truly breathtaking, panoramic view. Take in the vast expanse of the Sitka Islands, the open ocean, surrounding mountain ranges, and the iconic Mt. Edgecumbe rising in the distance. As the second-highest house in Sitka (with only our neighbor just a few feet above us), the scenery is nothing short of spectacular, offering unforgettable sunrises, dramatic coastal weather, and some of the most incredible views you will find anywhere in town. We offer three- to five-day guided fishing packages that include premium lodging, great food, and top-quality equipment—all designed to make you feel like family from the moment you arrive.

Pricing

Booking Details
- Exclusive Experience: Bookings require 4–6 people for a private package.
- If you cannot meet the minimum, you may join another group.
- 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve dates.
Cancellation Policy
- All sales are final unless canceled more than 7 days out and replacement guests fill the dates at equal or greater value.
- If replacement guests pay less than your original cost, you are refunded the lower amount.
- If you cannot travel, notify us 90 days prior to request rolling your trip to the following year or later in the season (subject to availability and group consensus).
- Prices and terms are subject to change based on availability.
- Please consider purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment.
- No refunds are issued for flight delays, cancellations, health issues, acts of God, or any other reason.
